#1 | | Guest | I'm nosing about for free themes for series 60 fone, and it ocured to
me (as it has before) that I would prefer to make my own theme.
I've looked at this before with Sony themes I have, but I couldn't see
easily how it was done.
Is there a free app that can be used, or some instructions somewhere on
how to do it?
thanks

Yes I tried google, but failed to use correct terms.
Trying anything along these lines: "util to create nokia themes" get no
hits of use near the top, but knowing what you want and using search
term "nokia themes series 60" gets the hit right at the top...

#7 | | Guest | Don't worry about these tossers- probably just phone envy ;-)
If it'll help, I have a Photoshop themplate for creating themes. Would
you like me to send it to you? Guaranteed virus free, you'll just need
a SIS creator (check out SybianX.com, although I think Nokia do one
too?).
Cheers

#10 | | Guest | Gort's right. I just don't like condescending wankers (look the word up
if you're stuck - Google should be able to help!)
If you're gonna give people 'advice', politeness costs nothing. So the
guy may not have a brain the size of a planet, unlike yourself
obviously, but at least he had the guts to put a little humility into
his response, unlike you Mr Dickhead.
If you're a little unsure of the word 'humility' don't bother with
Google, give me your home address & I'll give you a personal lesson.
Oh yeah, and the fact that everyone else seems to take my point of view
must prove something to you............... unless the rest of the world
is wrong too?
Now ****-off and die like a good little boy.

#11 | | Guest | Hi harley,
Oh I've seen enough of these kind of posts, on www, usenet, and BBSs in
the past to have learnt to just pull out the reqired signals and
completely ignore the noise.
Thanks for the offer of the themeplate, will it work in Paint Shop Pro,
as I haven't had a photoshop copy since about v4?

#12 | | Guest | Good man!
I understand that it MAY work in PSP, but I can't be sure since I don't
have PSP to try it with Let me know & I'll email it to you.
I'm guessing you're an electronics engineer by your reply? Something in
RF? I was an electronics engineer for years until someone decided that
I was too knowledgeable and needed to be shunted into management for
their own good | | | | |
