Hello!
Nokia 3100 and Nokia 6101 are compatible with CA-42 cable. DKU-5 cable may
work with Nokia 6101 clamshell also. I.e., you don't need two different
cables to connect these phones.
Also you can connect these phone's using cheaper thridparty cables based on
ProLific PL-2303 chipset. Our software supports both original and
PL-2303-based F-Bus cables.
Using Oxygen Phone Manager II or Oxygen Exrpess you can transfer your SMS
messages in a couple of seconds.
Best regards, Maxim Vyalkov.

Hi folks,
Long time reader, first time writer...
I have recently upgraded from a Nokia 3100 to the 6101. The thing is,
I have a text message saved in the 3100's archive, which I would like
to move over (Either directly to the 6101, or to my
sim card).
Has anyone any suggestions as to how I might do this, other than
paying ?100 for two PC connectivity adapter cables?
Thanks,
P
