Hi all,
I am using Nokia 1600.
It displays the number of caller on the screen, but doesn't display
name (even if the caller's number and name exists in the phone book).
Can it be set to display the name also?
Thanks

Re: caller ID : Nokia 1600
It should show the name automatically, you cant change that.
The only time it wont work, is if you have 2 names with the same
number. In that case, when it sees the number, and tries to match a
name, it comes up with 2 names and doesnt know which to show.
Check for duplicate numbers.

Re: caller ID : Nokia 1600
I've had this problem with 2 phones, most recently the N80.
It just requires a simple sim update from your provider. Give them a ring,
explain the problem and they send you the update.
hope that helps
