Removing Battery Cover Of 6280

I have just received my brand new Nokia 6280. The instructions say the
battery cover should just slide off. I have tried and tried and it's not
offering to move at all. Is there a special way of getting the cover off. If
I try much harder I'm going to break the phone.

Finally managed it. I was pushing the silver bit thinking it was all part of
the cover when infact it's only the thin plastic piece that comes off

I had the same problem, but it will come off eventually. Just be gentle
but firm! :-)
