Memory card install help

Hello,

i have 3250 with microsd card and card was damaged and all data is gone.
I tryed to format but phone reject to format
and then i tried to format card in card reader but result is the same,
card reader get warm and led flashing red all the time
and explorer in xp stop responding when i try to do anything with card.

But that's not important anymore because i buy another card and now i
need some advice from you guys to install a new card
corectly. Please tell me what is the correct procedure, did i lost some
phone system files or drivers on damaged card which is
important for normal operating for phone or new card and where to obtain
them? I'm new in all that stuff and smartphones and
i just afraid to do something wrong. Thank you in advance.

what dumy i am...just inserted and copyed :-D songs, that's all
