    Hi there. Sorry if this old stuff. I need some help and would welcome any from the group.
    I have downloaded the latest version of PC Suite. I have got my CA-42 USB cable. I have installed the PC Suite. I checked and made sure the driver has downloaded etc;
    I now tried to install PC Suite with my 'phone a Nokia 6610i. All goes well, my PC recognises that a new USB connection has been detected and it tries to install but after it searches for a while it tells me it cannot find the new software. I am XP Home SP2. I carry on with the install plug the data into the 'phone as instructed but the install just hangs.
    Can anyone help please............Many thanks in advance.

    Sounds as if the Connectivity Cable drivers haven't installed properly.

    I think these can be downloaded separately from the Nokia website if memory
    serves me correctly.
