    Hi

I would really appreciate a little advice on my next Nokia purchase and
    Software..

    I use Clamshells

I don't want a cable so will be wanting Blue Tooth

Calendar, to-do and notes are important. I would really appreciate advice on
any other organizing software.. where to get it from etc..
I also like to read notes when I'm out. Can I write notes and to-dos on my
computer then load them into a Nokia?

I need to use my Computer keyboard (XP) to write Text Messages and send
    them.

    Thank you in advance..

It could be Nokia 6103, 6125 or 6131 phone from the latest ones (
    http://europe.nokia.com/A4160001 ).
We also support Nokia 6101, Nokia 6170, Nokia 7270 and Nokia 7200 from the
older ones and cheaper Nokia 2650, 2652 and 6060 clamshells.

'Notes' as separate section is available in

    Nokia 6060 ( http://europe.nokia.com/phones/6060 )
    Nokia 6101 ( http://europe.nokia.com/phones/6101 )
    Nokia 6103 ( http://europe.nokia.com/phones/6103 )
    Nokia 6125 ( http://europe.nokia.com/phones/6125 )
    Nokia 6131 ( http://europe.nokia.com/phones/6131 )
    Nokia 6170 ( http://europe.nokia.com/A4144202 )
    Nokia 7270 ( http://europe.nokia.com/phones/7270 )

All phones also support Calendar, where you can Four types of calendar
    events: a meeting (recurring or non-recurring (, a birthday ( anniversary ),
reminder ( to remind about a call ) or a memo. Furthermore, all phones,
except 2650 and 2652, support 'To-Do list', where you can schedule tasks,
set their priority and mark them as 'Completed'.

We recommend to use a phone, which has official PC-to-phone connectivity
such as Nokia 6103, 6125 or 6131 ( has better display than 6125 and some
other interface improvements ). However, we also support cheaper 2650, 2652
and 6060 via technological F-Bus cable.

    It seems, that

    Nokia 6103 ( http://europe.nokia.com/phones/6103 )
    Nokia 6125 ( http://europe.nokia.com/phones/6125 )
    Nokia 6131 ( http://europe.nokia.com/phones/6131 )

are the best phones matchning your criteria, as their organizer includes
calendar and to-do list events support as well, as notes support.

Sure! We suggest to have a look at Oxygen Phone Manager II (
http://www.opm-2.com/ ): using our program you can manager your notes,
to-do-list tasks and calendar events both on your phone and on your PC, work
with calendar, to-do list and notes entries even in offline mode. In
calendar we support PIM-style view, i.e., you can view your events as a
list, or as a planner in daily view, weekly or monthly view. In planner you
can also define its scale. Calendar section allows to work with all
parameters of your events as well, as highlights outdated events and allows
to filter or delete them completely. You can also synchronize your calendar,
to-do-list and notes entries ( via 'Import' and 'Export' options ) with
Microsoft Outlook, import Lotus Notes calendar events from local or Lotus
Domino Server database and export all types of events to Microsoft Word (
    RTF ), Microsoft Excel ( XLS, CSV, SYLK, DIFF ), plain-text ( fixed-size
columns or tab-delimited ), dabase ( DBF ) or Internet Documents ( XML,
HTML ) formats. You can also back your calendar entries up in internal OCF
( Oxygen Calendar File ) and OBK ( Oxygen BacKup ) formats.

You can download free trial version here:

    http://www.opm-2.com/
    http://www.oxygensoftware.com/en/download/

You choose the most appropriate type of license and register Oxygen Phone
    Manager II here:

    http://www.opm-2.com/order
    http://www.oxygensoftware.com/en/order/

If you don't need detailed events editing, we can offer Oxygen Express (
http://www.oxygen-express.com/ ) product- it just backs your organizer data
up and restores it, but doesn't have detailed editing capability.

There are also several clamshell smartphones on a market ( or upcoming ),
based on Symbian operating system. They are:

    Nokia 6260 http://europe.nokia.com/A4144148 ( a bit old phone )
    Nokia N71 http://www.nokia.com/nseries/index.h...nside,main_n71
    Nokia N90 http://www.nokia.com/nseries/index.h...nside,main_n90
    Nokia N93 http://www.nokia.com/nseries/index.h...nside,main_n93

In Oxygen Phone Manager II for Symbian OS phones (
http://www.opm-2.com/symbian/ ) we support Calendar and To-Do list
management ( but not 'Notes' section ) for Nokia 6260. Calendar and To-Do
list support for Nokia N71, N90 and N93 is planned in future versions ( as
well, as Nokia N92 smartphone clamshell support ).
