HOw easy is it to remove all 3 branding from my N70

Really want to get rid of all the crap, and the hijacked active desktop.

In short how easy is it to have the phone totally reflashed, Unlocked if
possible too.

Thanks

Mike

Re: HOw easy is it to remove all 3 branding from my N70

I got my N70 flashed here

http://www.fonefunshop.co.uk/Unlocking/debrand.htm

cost £20, but I sent it on the Tuesday and had it back on the Thursday

Excellent service I thought, mine is still locked to 3 though.

Got mine flashed as it kept locking up using my BT GPS. Never had the fault
since it was upgraded to v5.xxx instead of v2.xxx

threes firmware only goes to 2.xxx

Dave

The referred web page claims that you would also get the "unbranded" feature
to select "GSM only" and "UMTS only" in addition to "Dual mode" operation.
Can you confirm this from your phone?

Are you deliberately trying to appear dense, or is purely accidental?

Unlocking will remove no branding, and there are no unlockers available
anyway for BB5 handsets.
