nokia 6170 White Screen

I have a faulty Nokia 6170 phone but has a white screen. As soon as I
switch it on, the internal screen is completely white. on a 1 ouf of
20, I can see some words on the screen. When I close the lid the
external screen works normally, altough rarely I see a blue screen.
Sometimes the internal screen shows the mobile background image but the
top part is corrupted, I mean the top part is garbled.

Can you kindly indicate if you suspect that the issue is coming from
the screen?
