Hi,

just bought a new Nokia 1110 off Ebay and there is a message displayed
- SIM card registration failed - can anyone help

Try a different SIM from another operator, sounds like its locked to one
network.

Failing that it's blocked.

Probably locked. It's a bad idea to buy mobiles from Ebay anyway. Lot of
bad fake and locked phones. If you want a cheap, used phone try a local
electronics store. Then you can probably test whether everything works
and seems legit before paying up.
