Nokia 6265

Hello,

I problem has recently come up with my Nokia 6265 (or Nokia 6265i for
those who use Telus in Canada). The problem is that the phone will
have a strong network signal, then suddenly it will be "Searching for
Network". This search lasts only about a second, but it happens
continuously. The result is that the battery drains quickly, and the
battery does not charge. I took the phone to work and the phone
doesn't do that searching for network thing, so I am thinking that
there is some sort of interference at my house. Has anyone had a
problem like this or have any suggestions?

Depending on the carrier or deadspots the phone will Search For Network, as far as the battery it is a lithium and i doubt that will drain the battery. When you charge the battery turn the phone off and charge. I have the same phone and never had a battery issue. Hope this helps
