Your OP didn't say you'd spoken to Nokia about the problem. It looked
like you were doing everything but.
It must be worth your while taking the phone covers off completely and
seeing if something has come loose inside. Not all of the components
will be soldered in - maybe a ribbon cable has come loose in it's connector?
