How to get a good quality Flasher box with enough cables and programs

Dear Organiser i request for procedure or sites with enough
information enabling me to get a kit consisting of most of the tools
to work on mobile phone software ie unlocking gadgets, cables & all
others. I am in Uganda but they are not available in the market and
those who have accessed the gadgets plus knowledge are very arrogant .
So i am really in need because as par now am doing hardware yet there
is alot of work done by the monoplists as per software.

So its very important to know the different in quality ,prices ,ways
of shipping and whether they do have manuals(user friendly , though
not so much a point) and their details.
