Help: Nokia 6265i Voice Recorder

Okay I have a couples questions I want to ask..... 1 is: Is there a way
to remove the normal 3 minute time limit when recording, Like if you're
recording straight to a MiniSD Card? 2 is: How can I go about converting
these .qcp files to something like .mp3? I thought nokia would've had a
utility for that but it appears that they don't that I know of/about...
