Hi guys,
I have at the moment N80 and am due to upgrade in a couple of months. I have
a dilemma as I love N80, works really well (except the issues with being
sluggish to start up.....). I have read and heard really conflicting reports
of N95. Some people say it's the best thing since sliced bread and some say
not to touch it as it turns out to be a nightmare.......confused!!
I like the new features in N95 but worried that I'll be stuck with a
dysfunctional phone for 18 months (as it happened with 6630.
Anybody upgraded from N80 to N95? Tell about your experiences and opinions,
please.

Hi,
I only read about N95, and I wouldn't upgrade. I have N80 too, and I'm not
too happy with it either. I had to do 4 firmware upgrades for it to work
properly, and it's still not THAT stable. But N95 isn't there too. Other
than firmware, most agree GPS is not useable, and that the plastics, sliding
mechanism, isn't that good. Last good Nokia was I guess 7650 (( after that
just rubish

I ditched my N80 for an N95 just under 3 months ago, and haven't
looked back.
Not a problem with the slider being wobbly or keypad getting
scratched; GPS works fine, if you give it a minute and aren't inside a
building - which is to be expected.
The only problem is the slowness of Symbian, and that's like saying
you hate a computer cos it's running Vista...
Certainly I've read lots of complaints about it, but so far (touch
wood) it's been absolutely perfect for me and a joy to use. It's what
the N80 should have been!
