Unit hangs on battery charging

Hi,

I have a nokia 6300. When I put the battery charger plug into
the bottom of the unit. The screens backlit disappeared and
the unit hangs. I have to remove the battery and reinsert it
to make the unit function again. But sometimes the unit
charges without problem. Anyone amonst you have
encountered similar problem? Tnx!

I have the same problem, I think I am going to send the phone back.
Did you find a solution?
