Received SMS messages time stamped 2 hours ahead than actual receive time in PC suite

Hi

I have a Nokia 6300. When I connect it my PC and view the SMS in the Nokia
PC suite, the messages are all dated 2 hours ahead.

Im in the UK and we are curently in Day light saving time (GMT+1)

The time is shown correctly if I view the messages on the phone itself.
E.g. message received on the phone @ 14.05 is shown in the PC suite as being
received @ 16.05.

Auto-update of time is "on" in the settings.

Anyone know what the problem could be.

TIA

Sounds like a setting on either your PC or on PC Suite is wrong

I have a similar problem, but only when viewing SMS messages in Oxygen
Phone Manager.

I live in the Philippines, where the local time is 8 hours ahead of
GMT. SMS messages appear time-stamped correctly in the phone, but when
transferred to OPM they appear timed 8 hours previously. An SMS sent
or received locally at 11am appears in OPM marked as 3am.

Strangely enough, their time is shown correctly in PC Suite, so I
don't know if the reason for our problems are related or not.
