Dialing a Prefix.. How To

I would like to have my E90 dial the country and area code prefix
automatically so I have to dial only the number itself just like from a
landline. Is there any software or addon that can enable me to do that?

Palm and Blackberry have this functionality built in.

I record all my contacts using
+ country code area code phone number

when I travel I simply call them without adding any prefxes
