Nokia n95 music player

Hi,
I never use music player, don't seem to have it on any of the media key
buttons, yet I keep on finding open after the phone has rattled around
my pocket.
How do I either delete the bloody thing, or find out what shortcut is
opening it?

1. How do you delete it - music player
2. how do you program buttons to shortcut to applications by holding
down the button , like the one mentioned for music player.

Ive tried locking the keypad but it always seems to unlock at the
slighted slide movement in my pocket and cause many a wasted ghost call.
