What's the maximum size of SD-card on 3650 ? 64M ? 128m?

0, because the 3650 can't use SD. On the other hand if you want to get
a MMC then 128mb on most fw versions and 256mb on fw v3 and up.

I think my 3650 its got firmaware 2.54, where do I get v 3?

get an upgrade from an authorized service center. they usually provide
it for free (under warranty)
