ive got firmware version 3.09 on my 7210, and for some reason when im
talking and someone else calls me, i cannot use my call waiting
feature. i try making new calls etc, but then the fone has a spack and
turns off and on, or just freezes

    could it be the software?
if so how do i update it

it could be a software problem. go to your nearest nokia service point
and get an update. that should fix it.

Nah...it could be a virus, try using ur sim card in another phone and then
use it back in ur original phone

It should clear any sim/phone combination virus
