I keep getting errors saying how my memory is low, although I have like 15
mg free on my MMC card. How do I move images from my phones memory to my
phones MMC card, especially from my inbox? I found one way, something like
Menu->Messaging->Options->Settings.... but my phone does not have a
"Settings" under the Messaging Options menu. Thanks for your help.

You can move the images that are saved on the phone from the "Images" app.
Open "Images" and select the pic you want, press options and go down to
"Move to Folder". From here you can put them on the MMC card. If they are
in the Inbox you can just save them to the MMC under the Save option in the
    menu.

messagefolder and select options and others. there you can select the memory

it would be so much easier if you had a memory card reader for your pc,
then you can organize all of your stuff...
