CamRec saves *.3gp files ?!

Hey,
I installed this recorder on my Nokia 7650 which is muyh better than the one
my service provider gave me, no sound, low res, etc.

But this one saves 3gp files. How can I view this on my comp?

u can go to the apple quicktime site and download an update which allows you
to view them, since .3gp are a type of mpeg4 file. The addon simply adds the
codec to your quikctime player to view it. Or alternatively you can download
the nokia multimedia viewer from the nokia webiste which also allows you to
watch them

anyway to convert them to avi or mpeg?
