3310 -How to set speed dial for Key 1?

I bought a second hand 3310 and found that the speed dial setting only
starts from key 2. The previous owner has set a number at key 1 which
I cannot change.

Any idea how to get to key 1?

read the manual. it's the Voicemail number.

Change the voicemailbox number - Menu-2-9 to something else.
Speed dial 1 = mailbox #
