    My sisters 3310 keeps turning itself of for no resion, I think the software
    need upgraded but I have no ide how to do this. I do have a F/M bus cable
    for it tho. Can anyone help me out thanks

    could me a mainboard problem, loose contact, dead battery, or software.
    If it is software, you need a flash cable not an MBUS cable.
    Flash cable connects to the parallel port, not serial port. Other than that,
    I am not too sure of the differance, it is important though.

    Very inportant it does it all the time, sumtimes you turn on the phone and
    off it goes agian other times its during a call, its not the battery as its
    a new one in it ...
