Upgrade firmware of Nokia 3650

Hi there!

I'm looking for where I can upgrade the firmware of my Nokia 3650 (I
currently have v2.54). I know that I can always send it to Nokia, but that
is a last resort. Anyone know where else I can get this done, preferably in
the Portland OR area. I've already talked with countless "service centers"
and ATT outlets (that's who my service is through) and nobody has any idea.

why do you know there is a version higher than 2.54 ?
here in the UK im still using 2.50 cause they haven't updated the service
centres yet ... took mine to be updated from 2.50 and would you believe they
flashed it with the same version!! lost all my diary.. they dont tell you
the backup wont work once you flashed it!!! .. nokia couldnt fix that one
either so lost my diary... and all...

Yes they have v3.16 is the latest now.
