Have been using Logomanager and Oxygen. For some reason after using
these tools most of the phonebook entries on the SIM are missing from
view on my 8310. (I don't use the phone's memories.)

The handset correctly reports 84 entries on SIM but I can only see
    8. on the handset's display. Both Logomanager and Oxygen can read
    all the 84 entries.

How can I get the handset to display all the entries?

Whenever I backup data using Nokia's PC Suite, it always disables the SIM
card from the "Memory in use" menu and all that I am left with is the phone
address book on display. To resolve, press 'Names', scroll down to
'Settings', change 'Memory in use' to "Phone and SIM" Even if it already
    shows that, still change it.

    Thanks. That did it.

Does this happen for you only on an 8310 or on other handsets too?

My 8310 is the 1st phone I've had with an address book on the phone as well
as on the SIM. It's always done it. Probably a firmware bug I expect.

    More of a feature.
You select the memory in use, phone or SIM, so the phone only displays that
    memory.
When both are selected, both are shown.
Unfortunately Nokias default to saving to phone if you wish to use both
    memories.
