Help with Data Suite plz

Well i have a DKU-5 cable connected everything installed fine the problem i
have is datasuite will only talk to my phone when it feels like it, when i
plug the cable in the phone the phone recognizes it but data suite doesn't
any suggestions?

I have the same problem, and the same problem also when using it with
Oxygen software. I find that disconnecting and reconnecting the USB
plug a few times usually helps. If not, I sometimes have to reboot the
PC to get it to work. Its a pain.
