anyone use m-99.co.uk

Hi all just ordered a few bits from www.m-99.co.uk not all the stuff
arrived. I have tried the feedback form on the website but it don't seem to
do anything.
Has anyone used them for bits & if so do you know an alternative way to con
tact them.

Last time I used them, I could only find their address details on the
site (as I needed to return an item). No phone numbers or e-mail
addresses.

You've got to dig to find the postal address though: I think it's under
the T&Cs.

The communication form didn't work for me either (about 6 weeks' ago).

To be fair though, they promptly sent a refund for the return.

I used them ages ago (over 1 and a half years) and they were excellent,
althouh now I wouldn't use them again as I've seen too many negative
comments about them in newsgroups.
