bluetooth nokia 3650 pc suite

I have a Billionton usb Bluetooth and this works fine but my installed pc
suite refuses to recognise my phone.
I have posted my problem on Billionton's forum with no success apart from
some person suggesting I needed to install a driver which I can't seem
to locate .Nokia support is no help either.

Can anyone help?

Have you had a look in our Bluetooth Guides to check your configuration? We
also have some users experience in our forums, and a few good stories
lately.
