Question about twin sims

I have a works mobile and my own. I could use a twin sim battery or cover,
but if I do one of the sim cards has to be off. Is there anything in the
pipeline where I am going to be able to have both sims able to receive a
phonecall. At the moment I am having to carry two mobiles around as I cannot
afford to have my personal one turned off at all.
Thanks
Dave

Only solution I know of is Orange Line 2. No way of having two SIM cards
simultaneously active in the same phone.
