how much time charge Nokia 6610 for the first time ?

How much time should I charge Nokia 6610 for the first time in order
to get the most of this battery later when using this phone ? The
manual says 12-24 hours ? Is there an optimum number ?

Go with the manual. A new battery needs conditioning, charge it for 16-24
hours for the first 3 charges and avoid topping up charges before you get
the low battery warning.

The phone knows for itself when it's enough. charge it until the
battery bricks on the right side of display stops moving.

Wrong! For a first charge, give it at least 16 hours, then run it flat,
full charge again, and repeat another couple of times at least.

no no....first charge 48 because it still trickle charges even tho it says
it's full; run down; and then repeat the "charge for 48; run down till
empty" routine. this will give u very good batt life for a long time (get ur
money's worth)
