My Number Sending option on Nokia 6310i

Hi

I need som help with my Nokia 6310i which I just upgraded to a few
days ago.

Under Call Settings there should be the option of 'My Number Sending'
to hide or display your phone number when calling other people. The
manual confirms this option but the option isn't available on the
phone itself!

It is also missing the option which comes after it as well, which is
'Line For Outgoing Calls'. It's mentioned in the manual, but not on
the phone.

Can anyone please explain why this is?

You don't mention what country you are in and what network you are on;
these options may not be available for all systems.

You won't get "Line for outgoing calls" unless you have two lines, which
in the UK is only available on Orange, your network may have disabled the
My Number Sending option as well, try calling Customer Services.
