My 8310 crashes now and then, not very often. It usually reboots
itself. The other day it crashed and did'nt come back on and now it
won't power on at all. I have tried a different battery and also
connecting it to the mains power but it wont even start charging. I
have also removed the SIM. I have tried switching it on with the case
off using the microswitch but still no joy.
Any ideas on what I can do??
Many thanks in advance.

can be a software problem...if it's under a year old then Nokia will do it
for free if you take it to a service centre...if not you need to find
someone to "flash" the phone with the latest version

I had a similar problem a year or so back when my 8310 crashed and corrupted
it's own memory. NSC re-flashed the phone as it was the only way to bring it
back.
