Can you use the 6800 as a hands free kit ?

If you set it up to use the speaker phone and lay it on the dash board. Can
people hear you while your driving ? Can you hear them talking back ?

I tried this with mine.. I could hardly hear anything whilst driving. Not
that much better even when u stop in a layby

I think its more effective, say in an office, rather than somewhere where
there lost of noise.

I've used it sitting on my lap, but the free headset is better.
