I am trying to run the nokia service program WINTESLA
but every time I load the appropriate phone data file I get the following
error "DESlock for windows - DESkey not found. Insert DESkey and restert
    application"

I have tried wintesla v6.03, v6.10, v6.46 and v7.05 all with the same
    results.
I also have the DESkey control pannel installed as well.

Any managed to get it working what other software /.patched / drivers do I
    need to get software running

See More: how to get wintesla to work fully.

Wintesla is not going to be much use to you... what do you want to do?

Recover my Security Code. I forgot it and can't get into the phone.

Use Logomanager. Even the demo version will complete this task easily...
Much smaller download than Wintesla as well, however, you should be glad you
DIDNT get it to work if you are this inexperienced with mobile phones, you
would have an expensive paperweight in front of you.

Nokia logomanager 1.29 is what I tried and it doesn't work. Its unable to
find the phone. I've tried an 3810 and an 3110 and both not found when using
the nokia data cable (f-bus and m2bus auto switch).

You can use Knok Pheonix and under the "Phone Settings" menu click "All
Above" this will reset your security code.

for the 3110 I am not sure at the moment, I did have some soft... but will
    have to dig it out.

had a look for "Knok Pheonix" but it didn't have 3110 in phone choice. What
    version did you use?
