    I really can't say how much I hate the folks at T-Mobile. If you ever
    have a customer service problem, forget getting any help at all.

    The customer service reps and supervisors are like robots. They won't do
    anything that isn't in writing. I have had many billing problems, many
    phone issues, and NOTHING has been resolved.

    If anyone has any thoughts about becoming a T-Mobile customer, please
    don't. The customer service nightmare isn't worth it.


    You ask, ?am I frustrated?? Yes, I am. I am extremely frustrated
    because T-Mobile announces "World-Class" service, however they don't
    give a crap about anything except taking your money.

    If you are offended by me bashing T-Mobile, then put yourself in my
    shoes. After no less than 30 calls, my phone still isn't working and my
    billing is complete messed up (I am being over charged).

    Does anyone at T-Mobile care? It doesn't look like it from this end.

    Try Telstra Australia for a month.
    When you return to T-Mobile, you will be delighted with the sheer quality
    and quantity of the customer service.
