    does anyone have any input on this phone, good, bad, doesnt really matter.

    i just need a phone that i can get prepaid in upstate new york that doesnt
    cost more than like $150 for the phone and no more than $25 a month

    Hmmm, if you want the 3590 and prepaid GSM, AT&T has the "GoPhone" -- $100
    to startup, monthly fee is $20 for 80 anytime minutes or $30 for 150
    anytime/unlimited nights and weekends. Keep in mind this isn't the
    traditional prepaid; this is billed *monthly* like a postpaid plan.

    i think i would, but ATT&T WS doesnt have any stores in the rochester
    area(where i live) and their service is awful here

    just what i know/have heard, i got the idea of the 3590 from seeing the
    GoPhone ads

    3595 is a good phone my friend has one but a real step up would be a 3595 ,
    with color display

    The 3590's ringtones are TOO low! My wife has this phone, and you can
    barely hear the ringtone, even set to 5. Try to get the 3595 instead.
