Unblocking Software

I have downloaded lots of unblocking software from the Net for Nokia's but
the tools that generate the unblocking codes from the IMEI No. generate
codes that are longer than 10 digits, which is the limit???

Any ideas why this is and how can I use the software properly?

the software you probably have is for unlocking Nokia's and not
unblocking which, if you are using the term like most people, is
illegal and leaves you liable for heavy fines.
If you do mean unblocking as in when a phone has been blocked due to
it being reported lost/stolen you will not find any help on this
newsgroup.

You are trying to put the code in wrong, you need to take the SIM out and
enter the code as #pw+xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx+x#
