I've decided I want a new phone, after my trusty old 3310 mysteriously
deleted my phonebook yesterday. Also, the lock keeps unlocking when it's in
my pocket, and then it dials numbers... absolute nightmare.
Anyway, I want a new phone, one that's pretty good and that will last me for
the next few years.
Been considering the 6100 and 6610, and the new 6220 and 6660 models, but
can't really decide - and maybe there's another one that I haven't
considered that would be better, possibly not even nokia.
I'll be buying it new and unlocked, probably from eBay.
My criteria:
- smaller than a 3310
- color screen
- downloadable games and apps
- must be able to connect to PC, in order to safeguard against loss of
phonebook, upload tones/logos etc.
- web browser would be useful
- long battery life always good
I'm open to suggestions and happy to spend 2-300 quid.
Any recommendations?
Cheers

Well, the 6100 has automatic keylock, as does the 6610. I've had both, 6610 for
two weeks, notw I have 6100, much nicer.

I disagree. 6610 has the better keypad

6610 vs 6100 = keypad of 6610 has more area per key (easier typing)

That depends on your definition of better. It's very subjective, I prefer the
6100. Although I wish they (6610 and 6100) had black keys rather than silver.
There' not enough contrast when the light is on and it' daylight. I find I have
to angle mine away from the light to read what's on the key sometimes.
Never had that problem with my 6210.

my point exactly. 6100 keypad is just too small; made for a woman's fingers
