New Logo Shows Then Disappears on 3310?

Hi,

I have designed an operator logo in logomanager and successfully uploaded it
to my nokia 6210 via IR, which works fine.

I have then used the "send logo via sms" option to send it to a friend who
has a 3310; it is received and shows alright when you "view". We then save,
and whenever you turn on or go back to the main screen it shows the new logo
for about 2 seconds and then reverts to the previous logo (which was a
custom one sent from a website, not an operator default). I have double
checked it is being sent to the right network, and also tried making sure it
is sent based on "small screen size" - still dosent work :-(

Any Ideas?

A similar thing happens with operator text whilst using a network that
'borrows' network coverage from another, eg on the Virgin network in
Australia- it borrows space from the Optus network.
For around 2 seconds, the phone will show "YES OPTUS" then afterwards
"VIRGIN".

They use the same network code, as far as I am aware, however your friends'
network may not...

Are you sending it to the correct network settings in logomanager

Are you sure the 'other' logo is not a screen saver picture message ?

I am sending it to the network that my friends phone is on.....

u'll need to send it to ur frens number (presumably first network) ,

use LM settings for the second (later name appearance) network, not the 1st
network
