I think the answers yes, but I thought I'd ask ? (I'm moving networks
and want to keep the same number).

I've been on hold for Orange CS for about 20 minutes when I had to go
and do some work (the curse of the drinking man !!).
Interestingly it's the same recorded message I used to get when
I was calling them 18 months ago, they told me then, that more staff
were being hired and calls would get straight through (OCS's definition
of 'soon' must be a bit lose).

You're the second person to suggest calling at 2am !, I would think that
rather than getting the usual poorly trained unhelpful muppet, you'd
just get a tired poorly trained unhelpful muppet ?

Its a "PAC" (Porting Authorisation Code) that
