    Hi,
Is there anyone here in the UK and who uses BTinternet or BTOpenworld as a
ISP AND who has successfully downloaded emails sent to their usual email
    addy onto their Nokia 6800?
C'mon, there must be one amongst you.... ;-)
IF so, could said kind soul please shed some light on just WTF I am doing
wrong and tell me what settings to put where......pullllleeeeze??!!?
I can use my wap browser no problem but both outgoing and incoming emails
fail with a Network Login Problem that states it could be any one of a
    number of different problems.
For outgoing I use the server told to me by a vodafone operator, ie
send.vodafone.net and for incoming I am trying to use my bt mail account so
using mail.btinternet.com with my user name and password. But it keeps
    failing,
I've only had the phone a week so I'm still finding my way around it so any
    help is greatly appreciated.

    Cheers!

    Re: btinternet settings? 6800

Hi. I use BTInternet on my 6800. I did have a separate e-mail address
setup, but this is because the regular address gets far too many
e-mails for me to want to download them all on the phone.

As for settings, I followed the instructions that came with the phone
PLUS used the following inofrmation supplied by BTInternet's E-mail
Support, (who responded to my Sunday morning enquiry on Sunday
afternoon - never thought that would happen...) Here goes:
