    Hello there,

When i upload poly ringtones to the phone, the phone won't vibrate when the
    uploaded ringtone is selected.

Am i missing something totally easy?

I am using the nokia sound convertor software.

    Many thanks

It won't vibrate when you're viewing it in the gallery but if you select it I
believe it should vibrate when the phone is rung.

This question off topic but has noticed vibration in the earpiece when
someones talking to you. Have this problem on mine and gets rather annoying
    after a while. Thanks.

No, but do you mean a kind of buzzing sound that you might hear when you're
in a call and move your phone near an amplifier or set of speakers? If it's
the same kind of sound that comes out of the speakers when you do that then
it's probably normal RF interference from your phone - especially if you
live in a non-maximum signal strength area.

If it's an actual vibration, you'd be able to feel it too surely?

The 9210 speakerphone vibrates the casing physically if the person on the
other end is talking loudly when the spkphone volume is turned up loud.

The phone will only vibrate if the uploaded tone contains vibrating details.

    I believe it does though.

Can vibrating details be inserted and if so how?

If you use Nokia PC Suite, it doesn't. Whilst ringing it does vibrate in
half-second bursts of 3 equal vibrations, around 1.5sec apart.

I'm sure it just the selection of a special instrument which the phone uses
for the vibrating feature. You'll need to speak to someone who knows the
    specifics though.
