Ok. Let me ask. Did it ever recognize your phone? I had the same problem
with my 6340i. After talking to Nokia about 8 times and a bunch of other
people it turns out it was my cable. You have to be POSITIVE that you have a
Nokia made cable. The PC-Suite is set up to work only with the specific pin
combination of the Nokia made cables. 3rd party cables made to work on Nokia
phones will not operate with PC-Suite.

    Hope that helps some,
    Fred

I think that might still be your problem. Nokia told me that the software
needs the exact pin configuration for cables. Maybe you might need a Nokia
    made Bluetooth cable.

Sorry I am just grasping at straws to try and help. I don't know much about
    Bluetooth personally.

    Re: 7650 and pc suite

Guys, what type of bluetooth adapter are you using? and which version of the
    bluetooth software for the adapter.

one information beforehand, if you are using the bluetooth adapters and
software from Microsoft, then you can NOT connect to the Nokia 7650 using
bluetooth, as the Microsoft Bluetooth implementation does not support the
Serial Port Profile need by the 7650.

if you use some other bluetooth software, make sure it supports the SPP
(Serial Port Profile) and it is turned on for the Phone.

Make a manual connection between your Bluetooth adapter and your phone using
the instructions that go with the adapter, make sure you activate the SPP
for the phone. then run PC Suite again, and it should find the Nokia 7650

    Hope this helps
