I am thinking this is probably a problem with my ISP... when I try to use
my 3650 as a Bluetooth modem for my iBook, or to connect to my Palm
Tungsten T, the phone dials my ISP but then disconnects. Any clues?

Possibly a problem with you Cell provider - is your account enabled for data
calls?

And did you consider using GPRS instead? Faster too, and most likely cheaper.
