Firmware 6610

Hi folks,

What is the latest firmware for the Nokia 6610.

Is it true that the only way to change it is to go to the nokia repair
center ?

No, but if the phone is under warranty it's a good idea to stick with
official channels to maintain your warranty. There are plenty of people
posting to the group (including ourselves) who can upgrade the 6610, but
unless you really know what you're doing (and have the right equipment),
don't attempt to upgrade it yourself.

Hmm, i've only got 4.74 presumably there's some new stuff in 5.52, or it'd
be 4.xx if they'd just done bug fixes, can you point me at alocation where
i can see what's new (also, knowing what's fixed will alllow me to get
carphone warejhose to upgrade the firmware, they denied me it last time i
tried t get it updated when there was nothing wrong with it)
