6310i, v5.50, no SMS deliery confirmations

I have just upgraded the firmware in my 6310i from
v5.10 to v5.50. It looks like I cannot receive SMS
delivery confirmations any more... Neither I can
find a corresponding menu entry.

Does anyone else have this problem?

I don't have a 6310 but this is where you find the setting on the 6800:
Messages, Message settings, Text Messages, Sending Profile, Default Profile,
Delivery reports - set it to Yes. On mine I think it was set to No when I
bought it.

Hi,
As far as I know delivery reports for SMS are network dependant. In
the UK O2 does not support it , but T-Mobile does....not sure about Vodafone
or Orange. Best check with your service provider as one call will provide
the answer.
