6310i, PC Suite and Bluetooth

Are you using a DLR-3 data cable?

You may need to upgrade to firmware version 5.50 through a Nokia
service centre.

From the idle screen type *#0000# and it will show the firmware
version.

I just got a new 6310i and it has v5.51
