The T68i had this great feature where you could dial any number and it
would route the call thru a predefined calling card access number and
pin.

The Nokia 6600 seems to handle this differently in that the only
feature that compares is the DTMF tone feature that you attach to the
phone number you're dialing. This means that I have to attach my
calling card pin as the DTMF number to calling card access number I'm
calling but then I have to enter the phone number I regularly dial
using my calling card. It's a pain because that's an international #.

So, how can I figure the DMTF in this case so that it has the phone
number I want to dial and the pin to use together with the access
number for the calling card #?

The manual talks about retrieving stored DMTF sequences but it doesn't
explain how this is done.

Specifically when I'm in a call and hit Send DTMF it doesn't give me
any way to retrieve a DMTF sequence.
